Lunar Lander

The Lunar Lander screen is divided into three areas. The main portion of your view is the game play area where you see your lander and the surfaces you'll try to land on. To the upper left are indicators for your score, the amount of time you've been playing, and the amount of fuel you have left. To the upper right is your current altitude, horizontal speed, and vertical speed. Lunar Lander gameplay consists of landing on horizontal surfaces on the surface of the moon. These surfaces are marked from 1X to 5X. The higher the number, the harder it is to make a safe landing, but the higher the score if you succeed. You must pick up new fuel units during the game, or you'll run short and be doomed to drift across the void for all time. You begin the game with one ship, which will be replaced as long as you have fuel. When you run out the game is over.
